All meetings are open for all members.  Should any member have an issue to raise, please contact president@ctcnc.net prior to the meeting in order to see if it will fit the agenda.

With the exception of one meeting, the BOG meetings are in concert with other events in order to be considerate of people’s time and travel.

If needed, the Board can conduct some business via e-mail.
